Tulsa Firehouse 5K

Experience the Tulsa Firehouse 5K, an exhilarating race that honors the city's brave firefighters and their dedication to community service. Scheduled for August 1, 2026, at DreamKeepers Park on South Boulder Park Drive, this event promises a unique blend of athletic challenge and community spirit.
Participants can choose between two options: a fun run starting at 8 AM or the main 5K race beginning at 8:45 AM. Both events offer runners an opportunity to explore scenic routes through Tulsa while supporting a worthy cause. The 5K course, certified by USA Track & Field (USATF), winds its way past iconic fire stations and includes a memorable segment where participants run through the fire truck bay of Fire Station 4.
The event offers more than just competitive racing; it features interactive elements such as viewing firetrucks up close and enjoying inflatables. Participants can also experience water sprayed from fire trucks, adding an element of fun to this family-friendly day out.
Proceeds from the Tulsa Firehouse 5K go directly to the Tulsa Firefighters Benevolent Fund, which has made significant strides in supporting firefighters and their families over recent years. Since its inception, the fund has provided more than $500,000 in direct assistance to widows and children of fallen firefighters, facilitated critical mental health support for 34 members, covered outstanding balances at recovery centers, organized memorial services, and awarded medical relief grants.
Registration fees are as follows: $40 for the 5K race starting at 8:45 AM and $20 for a one-mile fun run kicking off earlier at 8 AM. Awards will be presented to top overall male and female finishers in both categories, with additional recognition given based on age brackets and team performance.
Packet pickup is available at RunnersWorld Tulsa from July 31st through August 1st during specified hours. Virtual packet pick-up must also occur in person at the same location between June 11th and June 30th. Race day registration and packet collection will be open from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
