About the Event

On December 13, 2026, the SPE Section Macaé and CREA-RJ are hosting the "V Corrida do Engenheiro" to celebrate engineering while promoting physical and emotional well-being. The race kicks off at 7:00 AM in front of CEPE - Clube dos Empregados da Petrobras on Avenida Atlântica, number 1622, Praia dos Cavaleiros – Macaé/RJ.
Participants can choose from three distances: a 5K run or walk and a 10K run. The event also includes a kids' race for younger competitors to enjoy the festive atmosphere.
The race kit is packed with premium items such as a UV-protective shirt, personalized drawstring bag, timing chip, bib number, and finisher medal. After crossing the line, runners can unwind at various recreational activities until the awards ceremony begins around 10:00 AM, where top male and female overall winners will receive large trophies.
The event offers an opportunity for professionals to come together in a scenic coastal setting, fostering camaraderie among engineers while encouraging community health. Don't miss out on this unique celebration of engineering excellence!
