About the Event
Join us for the annual Riverbank Race, set along the picturesque banks of the historic River Thames. This year's course offers runners breathtaking views as they navigate through the vibrant neighborhoods and lush parks surrounding this iconic waterway. The race starts at 12:00 PM on a warm-up concluding by 11:50 AM to ensure participants are well-prepared for their run. Pre-registration, available via BikeReg until 8:00 PM the night before, is encouraged for a smooth check-in process and reduced entry fees. Adults in categories 4-5 and masters can register at $25 each, while juniors pay just $15. Day-of registration from 10:30 to 11:30 AM incurs an additional fee of $5. Weather conditions are closely monitored; should the forecast predict adverse weather, the race may be delayed or canceled with updates shared on our official social channels. A special discount is available for junior runners (U18) competing in adult categories by entering code JUNIOR10 at registration to reduce your entry fee from $25 to $15. Experience the unique atmosphere of this race, where each turn reveals more stunning landscapes and vibrant local culture. Marked with a mix of flat paths through green spaces and some gentle inclines along riverfronts, the course provides an exhilarating challenge for all participants.
