Vasaloppet Cykelvasan

About the Event

Dive into the heart of Scandinavia's rich cycling heritage with Cykelvasan, an epic journey through history and nature. This unique edition of Vasaloppet transforms its renowned route into one for mountain bikers, inviting cyclists to explore a landscape steeped in tradition.
Cykelvasan offers several challenging distances: from the full 92km course down to a more manageable but equally scenic 32km option. The terrain varies dramatically, with sections winding through dense pine forests and over wooden decking that spans boggy areas. Cyclists will also pass by serene summer pastures and vibrant meadows, offering breathtaking views at every turn.
As you pedal along these historic trails, the race becomes as much about personal endurance and skill as it is a celebration of the region's storied past. Whether you're competing against top-tier mountain bike athletes or simply pushing your own limits, Cykelvasan provides an unforgettable experience that combines physical challenge with natural beauty.
Prepare yourself for this adventure by ensuring your tires are inflated to perfection and your helmet securely fastened. On August 13, 2027, join the legions of cyclists who will pedal their way through one of Sweden's most iconic landscapes.
Join us in Mora as you cross the finish line after a day filled with stunning vistas and thrilling competition.
