Veteran Games Manly 2026

Experience the exhilaration of competition on Manly Beach as the 2026 Veteran Heats prepares to ignite this August. This unique event, designed for veterans—both current and former serving members—and their fellow community supporters, promises a high-energy, military-inspired challenge that will test your physical prowess and team spirit.
The heats are scheduled for August 15th and 16th, offering two days of fierce competition in the heart of Manly. Each participating team must consist of between eight to ten veterans, with registration being free but mandatory. During sign-up, teams can choose their preferred day—Saturday or Sunday—to ensure they face off against a lineup that's as tough as it is inspiring.
On your chosen day, you'll be assigned a specific time slot before the event kicks into gear. The competition will include an array of activities: one obstacle course designed to push your limits and two military-style events which are yet to be announced on the day itself. Each event will run for up to 10 minutes, focusing on three key aspects—time, technique, and teamwork.
The winning team has a chance at something truly remarkable—a full sponsorship to attend and compete in the Veteran Games Finals later that year in South East Queensland.
