Located next to Vihti Sports Field, participants can pick up their race numbers and ankle timing chips no later than 30 minutes before their start time. The venue offers ample parking options within Vihti village, particularly near the lakeside area for those seeking scenic views while they prepare.
For comfort during your run, changing facilities are conveniently situated in Vihti Sports Hall, just a stone's throw from the sports field. A short walk of about 50 meters will bring you to the toilets located in the locker rooms, ensuring that runners can stay refreshed and ready for their race.
Should any participant need to withdraw before or during the event, it’s important to inform one of the race officials at the office so they can assist accordingly. Additionally, please be aware that photos and videos taken throughout the day may be used by the organizers for promotional purposes without further notice.
