Volunteer - Oshkosh 2026

Thank you for your dedication as a volunteer at the Festival Foods Turkey Trot! Your support is crucial to making this festive run a success. The event venue, Event VenueTB, will be bustling with activity on both Wednesday and Thanksgiving morning.
For those joining us early, Wednesday, November 25th from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm, you can choose to stay warm inside or venture outside depending on your preference. Indoor roles such as Registration and Packet Pick Up offer a cozy atmosphere, while outdoor positions like Corner Monitor and Pumpkin Pie Handout provide the thrill of being part of the action.
On Thanksgiving morning, volunteers are needed from 5:30 am to 10:00 am. Whether you prefer the excitement of working outdoors or the comfort of indoor roles, there is a perfect position for everyone. The event venue will be transformed into a lively hub filled with participants and community members alike.
For those volunteering outside on Thanksgiving morning, we have an extra special gift just for you! Your dedication won’t go unnoticed; our team has prepared something unique to thank you for your efforts.
To ensure a smooth start, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your assigned shift begins. This will give you ample time to check in, receive your volunteer t-shirt, and get oriented with your role. Detailed parking information will be provided as the venue details are finalized.
