Nestled along Upper Icknield Way in Aston Clinton, this trail race offers a unique blend of scenic Autumnal splendor and rigorous hill climbs. The event features four distinct distances—marathon, half marathon, 10k, and a junior run—to cater to everyone from seasoned athletes seeking new challenges to beginners looking for their first taste of trail running. Each course winds through the forest's multi-lapped trails, showcasing stunning autumn foliage and offering picturesque views at every turn. Participants can expect significant elevation changes throughout the route, adding an extra layer of challenge that rewards those who push themselves. With a six-hour cut-off in place, runners are encouraged to pace accordingly for optimal performance.
