About the Event

The Harewood House Half Marathon invites runners to explore the breathtaking landscape that surrounds this historic 18th-century estate. Spanning across over 100 acres, the route winds through lush woodlands, meticulously manicured gardens, and tranquil lakeside vistas.
Your journey begins along Wall Side Plantation’s winding track, where the soothing sound of rustling leaves accompanies your steps. As you ascend to Sugar Hill, the sprawling beauty of Harewood House comes into view for the first time. The path then takes you past iconic sets from the popular television show Emmerdale, blending local culture with scenic splendor.
