Whistler Half Marathon

The Whistler Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, starting at 7:30 AM PDT from Whistler Olympic Plaza on Blackcomb Way in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Proudly supporting Crohn's and Colitis Canada, this sold-out event is presented by Salomon and Beem Credit Union, offering one of Canada's most scenic run courses through the Coast Mountains on the unceded and shared territory of the Squamish Nation and Lil'wat Nation, with distances including a 32km, half marathon, 10km, 5km, and a kids' run.

Event Logistics and Participant Information:

• Registration Status: The 2026 event is completely sold out. No additional registrations are available.
• Bib Transfers: The only legitimate way to transfer a bib is through Race Roster. Coast Mountain Trail Running (CMTR) cannot manage transfers directly. Any requests for payment via e-transfer or other means are fraudulent. Step-by-step transfer instructions are available on the event website.
• Race Package Pick-Up & Runners Expo: Friday, June 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Guided Course Preview Shakeout Run: Friday, June 5, 2026, at 4:15 PM.
• Welcome Ceremony: Squamish and Lil'wat Nations Welcome Ceremony at 6:50 AM on race day.
• Post-Race Activities: Athlete post-race stretching area hosted by Scandinave Spa starting at 8:15 AM. Awards ceremonies for 5K/10K at 9:15 AM and for Half Marathon/32km at 10:45 AM. Kids' performance at 11:00 AM.
• Recovery Activity: Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 9:30 AM.
• Charitable Impact: The event supports Crohn's and Colitis Canada (CA$13,265.40 raised toward CA$28,000 goal) and Trail Mix Fund (CA$1,606.70 raised toward CA$2,000 goal). Total participants: 2,056.
• Code of Ethics: Any athlete who has served a cheating ban (doping, course cutting, or other means) is not eligible to participate.
