Swimming attire is all you need; goggles are essential but wetsuits are optional despite being highly recommended for newcomers who might benefit from added buoyancy and warmth. Those accustomed to open-water swimming can opt out of wearing one if they prefer. A wide range of swim gear, including short or armless wetsuits, will ensure comfort throughout your journey.
Upon crossing the finish line, you'll be greeted with a warm drink and snacks served in recyclable paper cups, along with professional chip timing to track your performance accurately.
