About the Event
Welcome to Women on Wheels Mountain Biking of Georgia, where every first Saturday of the month offers an exhilarating experience for riders. Our clinics are held rain or shine at Blankets Creek Mountain Bike Trails located at 2261 Sixes Road, Canton, GA. Participants must be 16 years old and registered with a signed waiver to join us on our trails. Registration is essential as it helps tailor the clinic sessions to your skill level. Our certified instructors are available throughout the year from January through March and December, guiding you from 2 pm to 4 pm. From April to November, clinics run from 10 am to noon. In case of inclement weather or trail closures, we will cancel one hour before the event starts, ensuring safety for all participants. Cancellations are announced on our Facebook page with an email sent through BikeReg to registered attendees. Whether you're a beginner eager to learn fundamentals like braking and cornering, or someone looking to refine your skills in advanced techniques such as drops and jumps, we have a level that suits you perfectly. Our skilled volunteers lead the rides while sweeping trails behind riders, ensuring everyone enjoys their time on the mountain.
