Fenelon Falls is set to shine as the backdrop for an exhilarating run on Sunday, June 13, 2027, with registration opening on July 15, 2026. Endurance Event Productions invites runners of all levels to experience three thrilling distances: a half marathon, a 10K, and a 5K along the picturesque Victoria Trail in Fenelon Falls. Fenelon Falls is often referred to as the "Jewel of the Kawarthas," and this event promises to showcase its natural beauty. Participants will run alongside the waterfront, through serene parks, and past stunning nature reserves. The course itself is known for being fast, flat, and scenic—perfect conditions for runners aiming to achieve personal bests. The race day schedule includes start times at 7:30 am for the half marathon, followed by a 10K starting at 7:50 am, and finally, the 5K beginning at 8:00 am. All finishers will receive a custom event shirt and a commemorative medal to celebrate their achievement. For groups of runners looking to save on registration fees, discounts are available for those registering five or more people together. A group discount applies whether you register between 5-10 participants (saving 10%) or 11-20 individuals (saving 15%). Race day parking is a key consideration due to the narrow roads and limited space at Garnet Graham Beach Park, which serves as the race site. Participants are advised not to attempt driving directly to the park but instead use designated off-site locations such as the Fenelon Falls Community Centre or downtown areas closer to the start line. Aid stations will be strategically placed every 2.5-3 kilometers along the route, offering water and XACT electrolyte drinks for hydration support. Additional provisions like energy bars are available at specific aid points on longer routes. Runners should carry their own nutrition and dispose of any waste responsibly by using provided bins or carrying it until they reach an aid station. Kit pickup options include pre-race events in Lindsay, Toronto, and Fenelon Falls itself, as well as the option to have your race kit mailed directly to you. Race day pick-up is available for those with VIP Kit Pick Up Tickets purchased through Race Roster. For accommodation needs during the event weekend, a variety of lodging choices are available in both Fenelon Falls and Lindsay areas, ranging from hotels to cottage rentals. Please note that due to insurance requirements and safety considerations, strollers and dogs will not be permitted on race day. Additionally, participants must adhere strictly to cut-off times; for the half marathon specifically, this is 3 hours and 30 minutes after the start time. Registration fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances but may allow virtual participation in case of government or public health mandates leading to cancellation. Transfers between race distances or among runners can be arranged until June 10th, 2027, with a $5 administration fee for processing. Join us in Fenelon Falls this summer and embrace the beauty and challenge of running through one of Ontario's most scenic locations!
