Experience Yeppoon Running Festival with exclusive club tent accommodations designed to enhance your race day experience. As soon as your team of at least 10 members registers, you'll gain access to these special tents, ensuring a unique and comfortable setting for the event.
To secure this privilege, ensure all participants are registered under one team name before beginning your registration process. It's important to note that teams with fewer than 10 members will not be eligible for tent allocation on race day.
Your club tent spot is reserved exclusively for you, offering a private space to relax and socialize during the festival. However, it’s essential to bring all necessary tents and equipment as none are provided by event organizers. This ensures your comfort while maintaining an authentic running festival atmosphere.
The registration process involves entering detailed team information, followed by a review and submission of your application. Upon successful completion, you will receive confirmation of your club tent allocation (subject to meeting the minimum member requirement). Tent spot numbers will be emailed closer to the event date for your convenience.
Please note that space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Teams with incomplete memberships may not qualify. You are responsible for updating team details before registration closes. Any personal belongings left in the tents are used at your own risk; the organizers do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to property.
