The 2026 Ziyuan Kayak-Run Duathlon Challenge will be held on Saturday, August 23 at 7:00 AM in Zhongfeng Town, Ziyuan County, Guilin, Guangxi. The event is capped at 300 participants and features a kayak (5km) + run (10km) duathlon, contested by teams of four. Solo entrants may register individually and be matched into a team by the organizing committee. Registration is first-come, first-served until full. An early-bird rate applies for registrations completed before 18:00 on August 11. Self-formed teams: participants may invite their own teammates to form a 4-person team, with one member designated as team captain to coordinate all event-related matters. Committee-matched teams: solo entrants or incomplete teams (fewer than 4) may register individually and will be randomly matched by the organizing committee to complete a team of four. Matched teams must follow all rules for the 4-person team format.
