6:00am - Runner's HI 20K and 5K runs

The Runner's HI 20K, part of the esteemed Marathon Series for 2025, offers runners an exhilarating experience on O'ahu’s West side. This flat and fast multi-loop course is ideal for honing your mid-race pacing skills ahead of the Honolulu Marathon.
New enhancements this year include fully custom tech shirts designed exclusively for the first 500 entrants, along with a distinctive medal crafted specifically for the event's participants.
Competitors will have ample opportunities to shine as awards are given to both overall winners and age group champions. The top three male and female finishers in each category of the 20K race receive recognition, while those in the 5K dash also vie for accolades across various age brackets.
Every runner who crosses the finish line will be celebrated with a custom medal, marking their achievement on this scenic route.
Race day starts bright and early at Kalaeloa Professional Center. The main event kicks off at 6:00 AM sharp, followed by the 5K race starting just half an hour later at 6:30 AM.
For those traveling from afar or navigating unfamiliar roads, parking is conveniently available around both start and finish areas of the professional center. Detailed maps will be provided closer to the event date.
