Aldeburgh Fun Team Relay Triathlon

The Aldeburgh Triathlon offers an exhilarating challenge for teams of three, each member tackling distinct segments that highlight the natural beauty and unique coastal charm of Suffolk. The triathlon begins with a refreshing sea swim along the Aldeburgh coast, covering approximately 750 to 1000 meters in saltwater conditions assisted by favorable tides. Participants can opt for wet suits but they're recommended due to the chilly waters. This segment sets the stage for an invigorating start as athletes dive into the waves off the Suffolk coastline.
Next up is a scenic bike ride that spans around 22 kilometers, completed over two laps through picturesque villages like Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, and Aldringham. The route offers cyclists stunning views of rolling landscapes and quaint countryside, providing an engaging mix of terrain to test endurance and stamina.
The final leg of the race is a dynamic off-road run covering about 5 kilometers, winding its way across varied trails that showcase Suffolk's natural beauty.
