The Daejeon Bbangbbang Run returns for its 2026 edition as an exciting blend of running and bread culture, set against the backdrop of South Korea's vibrant city. This unique marathon offers runners three distinct categories: a half marathon, a 10K race, and a 5K fun run. Participants can choose to take part on either Friday, October 9th or Saturday, October 10th, with each category featuring staggered start times throughout the morning.
The event kicks off early in the day as runners gather at the starting line for their respective distances. The half marathon begins promptly at 7:30 AM, followed by waves of participants taking on the 10K and 5K races from 7:40 to 8:55 AM. Each race category is designed with group starts in mind, ensuring a smooth flow as runners set out.

The event includes pre-race stretching sessions and pacers along the route to help guide participants through their chosen distance.
