Carrera Cervecera 5km Añasco

Join us for the inaugural 5K Cervecero Playero on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at Rancho Grande in Anasco Barrio Playa. The race begins promptly at 9:00 AM and offers a unique blend of athletic challenge and festive atmosphere.
Participants will enjoy a scenic course through the picturesque landscapes of Anasco, with plenty of opportunities to soak up the vibrant local culture. As you run alongside the beachfront, take in breathtaking views and feel the cool ocean breeze as it guides you along the route.
The top five finishers overall (male and female) receive cash prizes: first place takes home $150, second gets a consolation prize of $100, third receives $75, fourth earns $50, and fifth wins $25. In addition to these incentives, all runners will be treated to a cold beer upon completion.
Race day registration includes an official race shirt, timing chip for accurate results, and a finisher's medal for everyone who crosses the line. Complimentary water stations are strategically placed along the course to keep you hydrated throughout your run.
On Friday and Saturday, September 4th and 5th, packet pickup will be held at Rancho Grande in Anasco Barrio Playa from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Be sure to bring any necessary items for safety and comfort during the race day festivities.
