Coaches will learn how to create structured sessions that foster the development of essential skills within their clubs or communities. Practical examples provided by specialist coaches during this period offer a hands-on approach, ensuring participants leave with actionable insights and tools. Participants are encouraged to bring their own road or gravel bikes along with helmets for an immersive experience. The afternoon session from 12:30-15:00 shifts focus towards practical application as attendees collaborate with experienced coaching teams in delivering cycling skills sessions tailored for youth athletes. This interactive segment allows coaches to put theory into practice and refine their teaching methods under professional guidance. To participate, individuals must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid British Triathlon coaching qualification such as the Foundation (L1), Group (old L2), or an equivalent certification.
