Foulées Bruzoises

On October 11, 2026, the Natural Courses race will take place at Ker Lann Sports Campus in Bruz. The event kicks off with a popular run covering 5.3 kilometers and then transitions to the Grandes Foulées (La Pierre Mellet) course stretching over 10.1 kilometers.
Participants are encouraged to pick up their bibs on Saturday, October 10, between 2 PM and 6 PM at INTERMARCHÉ's gallery in Bruz, located at Place du Vert Buisson 2. Those unable to make it can secure a spot by collecting them before the race starts no later than 9 AM on Sunday.
Online registration closes at noon on Saturday, October 10. On-site registrations are available until 5 PM that same day; however, no new sign-ups will be accepted after this time.
For safety and compliance, all runners must either possess a current French Athletics or Triathlon Federation membership card (Fédération Française d'Athlétisme et de Triathlon) or complete the Parcours de Prévention Santé form available at https://pps.athle.fr/. Minors require parental consent.
The event promises an engaging experience with various amenities and services for participants, including a refreshment stand offering crepes, sausages, oysters, and other treats. Post-race, visitors can enjoy relaxation zones managed by dedicated volunteers.
Additional highlights include wellness sessions; fifth-year osteopathy students from the Rennes Institute of Osteopathy will provide free consultations to all attendees upon completion of their respective races.
Warm-up sessions are also on offer for both adult and school runners, facilitated by GIGAFIT. These pre-race warm-ups aim to ensure participants start in optimal condition.
