Galley Hill Dash

Step into the heart of Mile Cross for an exhilarating challenge at Galley Hill Dash. Organized by EPIC Norfolk and MXPEG, this unique event invites runners to tackle 10 ascents up and 9 descents down the steep slopes of Galley Hill in a race that spans approximately 1.5 miles.
The entry fee is just £3 per participant, which includes an exclusive race medal upon completion. With only 150 spots available, early registration is essential to secure your place. The event kicks off at 11:00am and welcomes runners of all ages who are ready for a thrilling climb up Galley Hill.
While the main dash captures attention with its challenging terrain, additional fun races add an element of excitement throughout the day. Wheelbarrow Race, Slow Bikes, Mobility Aid Parade, Hobby Horse Race, and a final everyone-up-the-hill event offer entertainment for spectators and participants alike, starting at 11:30am.
The race takes place on paved roads with facilities including free parking, restrooms, and refreshments available nearby. Located opposite the entrance of Sloughbottom Park in NR3 2PW, Galley Hill Dash provides a scenic backdrop amidst Mile Cross's vibrant community atmosphere.
