Embark on an epic adventure along the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage site stretching 105 miles from Old Harry Rocks near Studland to Orcombe Point at Exmouth. In 2027, runners can choose between several distances that cater to various levels of endurance and ambition. For those seeking a shorter yet challenging experience, there's the 33km route starting in Beer and ending in Exmouth. If you're looking for something more substantial but still manageable, the 50km course from Lyme Regis to Exmouth offers breathtaking views along its entire length. For serious ultrarunners, the 100km option begins in Weymouth and culminates at Exmouth, weaving through diverse landscapes that showcase the area's rich geological history. The ultimate challenge is the full Jurassic Extinction course of 185 miles from Poole to Exmouth. This route takes you on a journey back in time as you run past cliffs sculpted by millions of years of erosion and sea level changes. Alternatively, runners can opt for the first 70km leg that starts in Poole and ends in Weymouth. Participants will be treated to stunning coastal scenery, historic landmarks, and unique geological formations throughout their chosen route. The event also offers an option to purchase XCover insurance, providing peace of mind should unforeseen circumstances prevent your participation. For those who cannot make the race date but still wish to keep their registration active for future events, a deferment or credit policy is available. Join us on June 5, 2027, and immerse yourself in this unparalleled running experience along one of England’s most spectacular coastlines.
