About the Event

Runners circle China's sixth-largest freshwater lake at the Dianchi Lake "Love Running Summer" Eco Run, starting 8:00 AM on August 16 from Zhonglie Park in Kunming, Yunnan.
A 21K half marathon (capped at 150 runners) and a shorter 7K route (capped at 50) both take in the lake known as Yunnan's "pearl of the plateau." Low latitude keeps the sunshine plentiful while the plateau monsoon keeps the air cool year-round, and the lakeside views along the way rank among the region's finest.
Registration is first-come, first-served until capacity is reached.
