Join the vibrant community of runners and walkers at La Boucle du Rail on Sunday, October 4, 2026, as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This family-friendly event is organized by the Association Sportive des Cheminots de Metz in Woippy to promote awareness about cancer screening while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
The day features various activities catering to different skill levels and ages:
- Children's Races: Free events for young athletes, including an Athlé Awakening session at 9:00 AM followed by races for younger children. Benjamins and Minimes will take the start line shortly after at 9:15 AM.
- Running Courses:
- A solo running route of 18 kilometers begins at 9:30 AM, perfect for seasoned runners.
- For those looking for a shorter distance, a 9-kilometer course starts promptly at 10:00 AM.
- Marche Nordique: Participants can enjoy the scenic surroundings while engaging in Nordic walking from 10:05 AM.
All activities are designed to encourage participation and promote healthy living within the community. Whether you're an experienced runner or prefer a leisurely stroll, La Boucle du Rail offers opportunities for everyone to contribute towards raising awareness about cancer screening.
