The sixth edition of the Armor Trail, organized by Notre Dame de Lourdes School in Santec, promises an exciting day filled with scenic routes and challenging terrain. This year’s event features several trails tailored to different levels of experience and age groups. Participants can choose from a 20 km trail starting at 9:00 AM, a 15 km option beginning shortly after at 9:15 AM, or an 8 km course that departs at 9:30 AM. For those who prefer walking, there is also an 8 km walk scheduled to start at 9:35 AM. Young athletes are not left out as the event includes a special trail for adolescents aged between 2012 and 2015, with a distance of 4 km set to begin at 11:30 AM. Additionally, there is a fun run designed specifically for children born in or after 2016, which will start promptly at 11:45 AM. All proceeds from the event include a donation of €1 per participant to HANDI'CHIENS, an association dedicated to supporting animals and individuals with disabilities. The race is open to everyone regardless of their fitness level, requiring no medical certificate for participation. Runners are advised to bring hydration packs as there will be limited water stations along the route. Online registration through Klikego ends on Friday, September 4th at 5:00 PM. On-site registrations can also take place at Orange Bleue on Saturday, September 5th. Participants will receive their race numbers and bibs from 8 AM to 9 AM in the multi-sports hall located at Rue Enez Glaz. The start and finish lines are situated within Notre Dame de Lourdes School, found just a short distance down Armor Street (200 rue Armor) in Santec. The event offers convenient refreshments and water stations throughout, ensuring that participants can enjoy their run while staying hydrated and energized.
