Day-by-Day Schedule:
Day 1:
- Welcome, stage introduction, and accommodation setup

Day 2:

- Mobility exercises followed by beach run with strength training + 15 km trail run
- Lunch break
- Long run ~15 kilometers

- Participate in the Kernic Bay Trail races (9km, 15km, 25km, and 65km)
