This year marks the debut of two exciting additions: the Hand Cycle 5K for athletes who prefer to pedal their way through the event and a fun-filled Popcorn/Inflatable Dash that will delight participants of all ages.
The main attraction is the scenic 3.1-mile course, which winds its way along flat blacktop streets in Manito Park. The route offers runners and walkers an easy-to-navigate path that's perfect for both seasoned athletes and beginners looking to enjoy a leisurely stroll or jog through this vibrant neighborhood. Participants will have ample opportunities to soak up the festive atmosphere while taking part in what has become a beloved local tradition.
For those who want to add some extra fun, the Popcorn/Inflatable Dash is not to be missed. This two-block dash invites participants to dress up in their most creative inflatable costumes and race down Washington Street for an entertaining twist on traditional racing events. The dash costs $5 payable at registration or on race day.
