Mountain Tiger Donner Summit

Mountain Tiger Donner Summit returns for its second year as an exhilarating point-to-point trail run through Tahoe’s legendary Sugar Bowl and Royal Gorge trails. This 12.5-mile race is designed to challenge runners with four summits, ridge running, and a mix of singletrack and fire roads, all set against the backdrop of breathtaking mountain scenery.
The course starts at an elevation of 7,000 feet and climbs up to 3,300 vertical feet over its winding route. Runners will encounter technical trails that test their skills while also enjoying smoother stretches along historic fire roads. The race is open to both newcomers and seasoned trail runners looking for a thrilling mountain experience.
Registration opens on March 25th at mountaintiger.com, where you can sign up for the event and stay updated with all future announcements through an email list. Entry fees are $95 plus processing charges and include transportation from the finish line back to the start via group shuttle, as well as a post-race raffle entry and exclusive finisher’s item.
