The route is a picturesque 3.28-mile out-and-back course along the Stroud Waterways canal at Ebley Wharf. Participants can complete as many laps of this scenic path as they desire within our generous seven-hour time limit, making it perfect for those looking to test their endurance or simply enjoy a leisurely jog through beautiful surroundings. Whether you're aiming for a quick 5k or pushing your limits with an ultra distance, the event caters to all levels and abilities. A distinctive feature of this race is its flexible start times within a one-hour window. This means no waiting around if you arrive early, nor any pressure from being late. If you have specific time requirements, just let us know—we'll do our best to accommodate your needs based on the distance you plan to cover. And for those who aren't sure how far they want to go in advance, simply come and run a lap or two, then decide if you'd like to continue.
