Each lap covers 3.28 miles, allowing runners the flexibility to complete as many laps as they wish within a seven-hour time window from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Support and amenities are plentiful throughout the day. You'll find aid stations stocked with refreshments to keep you fueled and hydrated, along with public toilets and a park cafe for additional comfort breaks. The event is organized under TRA and UKA rules, ensuring safety and fair play for all participants aged 18 years or older. Registration begins at 7:30am, offering the option of an early start from 8:00am if setup allows. Bib collection will take place on-site before you begin your run. Parking is available in several nearby locations, including free public car parks and street parking along Queens Road.
