Each participant will receive a giant spinning duck medal in one of up to ten vibrant colors, along with a themed rubber ducky perfect for bath time antics. The event offers flexible participation options, allowing you to enter any single day or combine days into longer series like the 5in5, 7in7, or even the complete Ten in Ten (TiT) Summer race series. The course is an out-and-back route along the picturesque Thames River, spanning a distance of 3.28 miles (or approximately 5.3km), with no elevation changes for a smooth and speedy run. Whether you're aiming to conquer one lap or push yourself beyond your limits, this event welcomes runners of all abilities. The race is timed, but participants can choose their own pace by completing as many laps as they wish within the full time limit. This format allows you to assess how you feel on the day and continue running if it suits you. The riverside towpath offers a flat and fast terrain, making for an enjoyable run alongside the serene waters of the Thames. As with all events in this series, every finisher will receive a bespoke medal designed specifically for that day's race, celebrating your achievement no matter how far or short your journey on the course.
