Join us for an exhilarating cycling adventure through the picturesque Sussex County back roads on Saturday, November 7th. This year's Rotary Ride promises a memorable experience with routes tailored for both novices and seasoned cyclists alike. The ride will kick off at the Milton Fire Department located at 116 Front St, Milton, DE 19968. Cyclists can choose from three exciting routes: - The 25k (15.6-mile) route begins at 9:15 am and offers a scenic journey through the rolling landscapes of Sussex County. - For those seeking a bit more challenge, the 50k (30.5-mile) ride starts just after that, at 9:45 am. - The ambitious can take on the full 100k (62.8-mile) route which commences promptly at 8:00 am with an 8:45 am start for those who wish to join later. All participants are encouraged to wear their helmets, and parents or guardians must accompany children under 16 years of age. The event is rain or shine! Last year's edition was a resounding success, and we're excited about the opportunity to share this experience with you once more. Whether you’re cycling solo, teaming up with friends, or bringing your family along for the ride, there’s something here that will delight everyone. Post-ride festivities await at Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant in Milton, making it a perfect way to celebrate and refuel after an enjoyable day on two wheels.
