About the Event

On the evening of September 18, 2026, Lazy Beach Brewing in Corpus Christi, Texas will host an exciting race that promises more than just competition. The venue at 7522 Bichon Dr., Suite 100, invites runners to explore its extensive menu and enjoy a vibrant atmosphere beyond the track.
The event kicks off at 7PM with participants receiving medals and T-shirts for the first 200 finishers. This race is not just about crossing the line; it's an opportunity to engage with local sponsors and learn from speakers who will share insights on important causes that align with the community’s values.
For those unable to attend in person, a virtual runner option allows you to participate remotely. All virtual runners are guaranteed an official event T-shirt and finisher medal if they register by September 17th; these items will be mailed out on September 21st. Virtual participants should submit their race results by the same day as the live event.
While age group awards and overall placements are reserved for in-person competitors, virtual runners still receive a finisher's medal and T-shirt upon registration. For guidance on completing or submitting your run virtually, contact vfittrainingcenter@yahoo.com.
