The course threads city and forest -- Jianlong Cave Road, the Yingpan ancient-fort boardwalk, and the Yuliang River, past Colorful Guizhou City, the Guizhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Shuanglong Eco Sports Park, Yunguan Mountain state forest, and the former Red Cross rescue headquarters at Tuyunguan -- Buyi ethnic culture, cool forest shade, and riverside paths beneath the International Mountain Tourism Alliance headquarters, a seamless switch between city and wilderness from start to finish.
