Devon's Running Events invites you to join them for an exciting summer adventure at Summer Challenge Day 1, scheduled for Saturday, June 26, 2027. The event embraces the "TUGG" philosophy—Turn Up Get Going—allowing participants flexibility in their start times between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM, with a mandatory finish by 3:30 PM.
The course features an undulating yet runnable route along an old disused train line, offering runners and walkers alike the chance to explore scenic landscapes while enjoying a well-measured track of 5.3 kilometers out-and-back on tarmac. This accurately measured road race suits all abilities, from leisurely strollers to seasoned athletes looking for a challenge.
Participants can choose how many laps they wish to complete within the designated timeframe; whether it's one lap or up to fourteen, every finisher will receive their well-deserved medal as recognition of their achievement. The event promises an inclusive atmosphere where everyone is celebrated regardless of pace or distance covered.
With limited spots available, early registration is advised to secure your place and ensure you have a choice from the range of medals on offer at the event. If capacity is reached, latecomers will still receive a specially designed medal chosen by organizers for that day.
