Dock 9 at Salford Quays offers swimmers an inviting open water experience throughout summer. Whether you're a seasoned member of the Bronze or Squid groups enjoying discounted rates, or a first-time visitor looking to dip your toes into the cool waters, there's always room for everyone.
Swim sessions are available on Saturdays and Wednesdays during May through August, with specific hours designed to accommodate different schedules: Saturday mornings from 8-11am and Wednesday evenings from 5-7.30pm. In September, the timing shifts slightly to a more relaxed weekend session from 10-12pm.
Safety is paramount at Dock 9. Make sure you have your tow-float or hire one on-site if needed. Last entry for each swim session closes fifteen minutes before it ends, ensuring everyone has enough time to get ready and enjoy the water safely.
