The Hereford 10 Mile Race 2027

The Hereford 10 Mile Race returns in February 2027, inviting runners to explore the picturesque landscapes of Herefordshire. Set within the heart of Hereford, this chip-timed race offers participants an undulating figure-of-eight course that winds through scenic country lanes.
Scheduled for Sunday, February 14th, with a start time at 9:00 AM, the event kicks off and concludes at Hereford Rugby Club on Belvedere Lane. The club will be open throughout the day to provide refreshments after your race.
Registration fees are £25 for affiliated runners and £27 for unattached participants, with a strict limit of 500 entries. All entrants must sign up in advance; no registrations will be accepted on the day of the event. Participants must be at least 18 years old to compete.
Parking is not available at Hereford Rugby Club, so runners are advised to find nearby pay-and-display car parks and arrive early for bib collection. The race includes full medical coverage and toilets will be accessible on-site throughout the course.
Water stations will appear at both the four-mile and seven-mile marks along with post-race hydration provided by organizers. Additional refreshments can also be purchased directly from Hereford Rugby Club after crossing the finish line.
Competitors are reminded to wear their race bibs prominently, follow all marshals' instructions, and refrain from using headphones during the event except for bone-conducting models. The route is fully licensed under UK Athletics rules by an England Athletics-affiliated organizer (7693574).
Every participant will receive a finisher's medal upon completion of their 10-mile journey across Herefordshire’s rolling countryside and charming lanes. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female runners, as well as age category winners in five-year brackets for both genders.
