Toughest Stockholm 2026 takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Lida Friluftsgård in Stockholm, Sweden. This obstacle course race offers three distances — Main (8 km), Xplore (4 km), and Family (2 km) — through forest, hills, and a lake, featuring full-scale obstacles, optional Fast Lanes for technical challenges, and penalty runs for those skipping obstacles.

• Location: Lida Friluftsgård, Stockholm — a beautiful and well-known outdoor recreation area.
• Terrain: Varying terrain including forest, hills, and a lake.
• Double Distance Add-on: Option to run two laps of the Main course (approximately 16 km). Includes exclusive vest and qualifies for OCR World Championships.
• 99.5% of participants finish the Main course.
• Wellness Allowance: Toughest obstacle course races are valid for wellness contributions (check with your employer). Submit receipt or book via Benifex & Epassi.
• Environmental Responsibility: The course runs through a nature reserve. Participants must stay on the course, avoid littering, and prevent damage.
