Trail Carreucois

Discover the inaugural edition of the Trail CARREUCOIS, taking place in Saint-Carreuc, a charming commune known for its picturesque setting and welcoming community atmosphere. Organized by LES PAS RAPIDES CARREUCOIS, this event offers runners two scenic routes: an 8-kilometer course and a more challenging 14-kilometer option with a total elevation gain of 200 meters.
The longer route starts at 9:30 AM, winding through the commune's lush trails that are predominantly made up of soft paths, offering a delightful experience for both beginners and seasoned runners. The shorter course begins just after, at 10:00 AM, providing an equally enjoyable yet slightly less strenuous journey.
Both races begin and conclude at the salle omnisports located on Rue du Stade in Saint-Carreuc, where participants will find ample facilities including vestiaires and douches for post-race relaxation. The event also features a nearby parking area to accommodate all attendees comfortably.
All runners who register receive not only refreshments along the route but also a finishers' prize as part of their entry package. Additionally, children's races are scheduled from 11:00 AM onwards, with three different age categories offering fun and engaging activities for young participants aged MS-GS to CM2.
The event culminates in an awards ceremony at approximately 11:30 AM where the top finishers will be recognized. Spectators can also enjoy a variety of on-site attractions including demonstrations by local firefighters, refreshment stands serving up delicious treats and snacks, as well as inflatable games for children to play.
