The event offers a variety of activities for all ages and skill levels. For those looking to explore the scenic Vallée de l'Urne, there's an easy-paced walking tour combined with Nordic Walking on a gentle 10km route through both road and trail sections. This family-friendly activity includes refreshments at the finish line and costs just €5 per person, with part of your entry fee supporting local charities. The main event features three challenging trails: - The longest is a 28-kilometer course suitable for juniors and above, starting at 16:45. With around 400 meters of elevation gain, it offers two water stations along the way and requires participants to bring their own headlamps due to evening finish times. - A shorter but equally demanding 18km trail begins at 17:30. Designed for juniors upwards, this route includes a modest climb of about 250 meters with one refreshment station en route. - For those preferring something less strenuous yet still rewarding is the 10-kilometer option kicking off at 18:15. Ideal for cadets and older runners, it features only around 100 meters of elevation gain and includes a single water stop along its path. All trails are limited in numbers to ensure an intimate race experience with just 250 participants on the shorter routes up to 100 on the longest stretch. The day also welcomes young athletes aged from cadets down through minimes, who will compete over distances of 3km and 2km respectively within the safety of André Allenic Complex grounds. Participants can enjoy a bustling village atmosphere with plenty of parking available nearby. The complex boasts restroom facilities as well as showers for post-race use. A refreshment tent serves up hot drinks and snacks in a lively setting, perfect to celebrate your achievement after crossing the finish line! Whether you're an experienced runner or just out enjoying the outdoors, there's something here that will cater perfectly to your interests at this vibrant community event.
