About the Event

The Mountain Stadium, renowned for the dynamic exploits of its football club in the Coupe de France, is set to host its inaugural Trails of the Mountain race. This exciting addition to the trail running calendar offers three distinct distances—9 kilometers, 16 kilometers, and a challenging 24 kilometers—to cater to runners of various abilities.
The shorter 9-kilometer route features an ascent of 118 meters, providing a taste of the mountain terrain without overwhelming newcomers. The mid-distance option at 16 kilometers includes a more substantial elevation gain of 331 meters and offers comprehensive aid stations along its course. For those seeking a true test, the full 24-kilometer route awaits with an impressive climb totaling 524 meters and two aid station stops to ensure runners are well-supported throughout their journey.
From the outset, these trails have been integrated into the prestigious Armor Argoat Challenge, one of Brittany's oldest competitions for trail running enthusiasts. All finishers can look forward to receiving commemorative prizes, while top performers will be awarded special recognition. Additionally, a generous raffle with numerous awards is planned post-race.
Participants are invited to stay and enjoy on-site refreshments in the convivial atmosphere following their run, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to celebrate their achievement alongside fellow runners and spectators.
