Ultra Trail Panarotta (UTP) invites runners to explore the rugged beauty of Trentino’s Lagorai mountains and Valsugana valley. Nestled between Levico Terme, this race offers an exhilarating journey through technical trails, runnable mountain paths, and panoramic ridges that stretch above 2000 meters. Participants can choose from three distances: a grueling 60K route, a challenging 42K trek, or the more accessible but equally rewarding 25K option.
The course is dotted with historic World War I sites, including the imposing Forte Busa Granda and the scenic Lupa del Lagorai. These landmarks not only add to the race's historical depth but also provide runners with stunning vistas as they navigate through rugged terrain. The route winds along exposed ridgelines that offer breathtaking views while ensuring safety for all participants.
Aid stations are strategically placed within cozy mountain huts and rustic alpine farms, immersing runners in a genuine mountain atmosphere. Each checkpoint is designed to cater to the needs of trail runners, providing essential supplies and support throughout the race.
