2026 Iksan Give Run

On October 24, 2026, the Iksan Sports Complex will host a unique charity running event that combines athletic challenge with cultural celebration. Organized by the Iksan Athletics Federation and supported by Crepas, this race is held in conjunction with the vibrant Iksan Chrysanthemum Festival.
Participants have two distance options to choose from: a 10 km course starting at 9:00 AM and a shorter 6.4 km route that begins ten minutes later at 9:10 AM. Both races feature a strict time limit of 2 hours, ensuring an engaging experience for runners while maintaining the event's smooth operation.
Race day activities kick off early in the morning with bib and timing chip distribution from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, followed by participant assembly at 8:20 AM. The opening ceremony and a brief warm-up session precede each race start time.
Finishers will be awarded commemorative medals upon crossing the finish line and receive vouchers worth KRW 15,000 for those who complete the longer distance and KRW 10,000 for participants in the shorter course. These vouchers can be used to purchase souvenirs or refreshments at designated locations within the festival grounds.
Registration is open from July 14 through August 31, with an additional registration period available until September 15. The first 1,500 runners who sign up will have access to this event. It's important for participants to note that refunds are only accepted before August 31; entries made during the additional registration phase are non-refundable.
