About the Event

Experience the vibrant atmosphere of the 2026 ACA Wednesday Criterium Series, hosted every week at the heart of Pittsburgh. This series is perfect for both seasoned and novice cyclists looking to enhance their skills and compete against a diverse field.
For your first race on January 18th, join the Masters categories (Cat 1/2/3/4). The second round on February 1st features Men's Cat 3/4 racers. On March 1st, the focus shifts to Men's Cat 4/5 cyclists. Each event promises an exciting challenge with fields typically consisting of more than twenty competitors.
A notable change this year is that the second race now costs only $15, making it accessible for those looking to participate in both races on the same day. Participants can look forward to generous payouts of up to five deep places, ensuring a competitive and rewarding experience.
Women are welcome to join men's fields one category down—category 3 women can compete with Cat 4/5 men. The BikeReg system will notify you if you're ineligible due to this rule; however, if you wish to register despite the notification, simply proceed without bypassing it.
One-day licenses are required for Category 5 (Novice) racers only, while all other participants must hold an active USA Cycling license. Minors under 18 years old need a parent or guardian's signature on their USAC One Day License Form to participate safely and legally in the races.
