For those traveling by car, Worthing offers multiple parking options within a short distance from the start line. Be sure to arrive early and allow ample time to park and get ready for your run.
While there are no changing facilities at the starting location, bag storage will be available near Coast Cafe so you can leave any extra items safely before heading out on the course. Toilets are conveniently located both in the cafe and along the Esplanade nearby.
The race officially begins at 6pm, with a single aid station positioned at the halfway point (5km) to provide water and energy-boosting Jelly Babies for runners who need an extra push or hydration during their run.
Upon crossing the finish line, all participants will be awarded a finishers medal as a testament to their achievement. The event concludes back at Coast Cafe with refreshments on offer including soft drinks and beer, providing a perfect setting to unwind and celebrate your accomplishment in style.
