CODE Strong Series - Mixed and Men's Pairs

Scheduled for September 5th at CODE Gym (Men/Mixed) and September 6th at GIRLCODE BOX (Women, U40 & 40+ categories), this event promises a unique blend of strength training, erg workouts, and metabolic conditioning.
