Flagg Moor Run

Nestled within the Peak District National Park, the Flagg Moor Run is making its long-awaited return after being absent from the race calendar for nearly four decades. This newly crafted 5.5-mile course offers runners an off-road adventure through the picturesque landscapes of rural Derbyshire.
Starting in Flagg village, participants will venture into a tapestry of fields and winding lanes as they make their way towards Pomeroy and Chelmorton. The route then descends along a gentle hill for approximately one-and-a-half miles before looping back to the charming village setting where it all began. This course promises a blend of scenic countryside beauty with challenging yet manageable terrain, perfect for both seasoned runners and those looking to explore new trails.
Entry fees on race day are set at £8.00, providing an affordable opportunity to experience this historic event in person. Registration opens promptly at 17:00, giving participants ample time to prepare before the evening start of 19:00, allowing runners to enjoy a cool and refreshing run under the setting sun.
