About the Event

On December 6, 2026, the Courir Pour Eux association presents the 14th edition of "La Launagu’Etoile," an exciting race that winds through the rolling hills and scenic coteaux of Launaguet. Participants can choose from two running distances: a challenging 12 km route or a more relaxed 5 km option, both on marked roads and trails.
For those who prefer walking over running, there's also a Nordic Walking event covering 11 kilometers, starting before the 5-kilometer race begins. Additionally, families can enjoy a non-competitive 6-kilometer walk through the countryside around Launaguet’s Palanque gymnasium, featuring an animated course tailored to children of all ages.
The terrain is varied and includes stretches that are best tackled with trail running shoes. As such, runners are advised to wear appropriate footwear for this nature-based event. It's worth noting that dogs are not permitted on the race courses due to safety concerns.
With its blend of competitive races and family-friendly activities, La Launagu’Etoile offers something for everyone who enjoys outdoor sports in a beautiful setting.
Participants will experience the charm of rural France as they navigate through picturesque landscapes during this memorable event.
