Join us for the 10th Anniversary of the Nant Yr Silver Trail races, nestled within the breathtaking Cambrian Mountains. This year's edition offers two routes: a challenging 25km (Half Ultra) and a more accessible 10km option, catering to both beginners and seasoned trail runners. For younger participants, we have designed three junior categories: Under 7s can run half a mile with an adult companion; ages 7-11 will cover 1.5 miles, while those aged 12-16 tackle the longer distance of 2.6 miles. It's important to note that race transfers are available only until March 10th at 9 PM. Our event is committed to supporting local charities and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all runners. The courses feature fully signed routes with GPX files provided for additional guidance, complemented by enthusiastic marshals stationed along the way. To accommodate varying needs, our longer race includes two feed stations, while the shorter route has one. Given the unpredictable weather of the Cambrian Mountains, we strongly recommend carrying a basic level of mandatory kit to ensure safety during your run. The event village is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, offering a charmingly local feel that sets it apart from larger events. As part of race registration, participants have the option to purchase high-quality Silver Trail merchandise including tees, hoodies, and beanies. Last year's races sold out quickly, so don't miss your chance this time around in 2027. We also offer XCover insurance for those who might need a refund due to unforeseen circumstances.
